pvdownloader is maintained by one person as an unpaid side project. There is no support team and no guaranteed response time — but genuine reports are read, and they are how the application improves.
There is no contact form on this page, because there is no server to receive it. pvdownloader has no backend at all — which is also why nothing you do in the application is ever sent anywhere. Email is the only channel.
General questions & bug reports
Anything about how the application behaves: a download that failed, an unexpected message, a feature that does not do what the documentation says.
